Gout attack occurs due to pathogenic factors such as wind, dampness, cold or heat, blocking the flow of Qi & Blood. Good eating habits manages pain, lowers the risk of recurring attacks and slows the progression of joint damage. Put a spring in your step with Barley Poria Porridge! It drains dampness, strengthens the spleen and clears heat. INGREDIENTS: • Chinese Barley 20g • Poria 15g • Rice 50g • Water 500ml DIRECTIONS: • Add all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. • Simmer for 30mins or until desired consistency.
