Everyone needs a little encourage-mint

Don’t sweat the small stuff! This pick-me-up Chrysanthemum & Mint Tea soothes headaches caused by stress and lack of sleep. Stress and negative emotions lead to Liver Qi stagnation and result in Liver Fire, which travels upwards to affect the head. Chrysanthemum + mint have cooling properties and reduce the Liver Fire, while Roses soothe the flow of Liver Qi. INGREDIENTS: • Dried Chrysanthemum Flowers 5-8 pcs • Dried Rose Buds 5-8 pcs • Mint Leaves 3g • Water 300ml DIRECTIONS: • Simmer all ingredients in boiling water for 5-10 mins. NOTE: This is just a general guide. In TCM, there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution. Even for people with the same condition, their prescriptions are likely to be different due to different root cause and body constitution. For a more detailed diagnosis and treatment advice, one should consult a registered TCM physician. #euyansangtcmclinic #headache #tcmlifestyle #tcmtips #healthtips #recipe #yourmoderntraditionallifestyle
