INGREDIENTS: • Red Dates (Hong Zao) 6 pcs • Wolfberries (Gou Qi Zhi)15 pcs • Licorice (Gan Cao) 5 pcs • Rolled Oats 5-6 tbsp • Water 300ml • Milk 50ml DIRECTIONS: • Bring water to a boil. • Add red dates, wolfberries and licorice. • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. • Remove licorice and the seeds of red dates. • Add oats and cook until soft. • Add milk and turn off the heat.
