Kick the sugar rush

View this post on Instagram

It’s easy to neglect the legs but trust us, it kneads attention! Beat sugar cravings by massaging these points to achieve better glucose control and prevent complications of diabetes. Tai Xi is found in the depression between the highest point of the inner ankle and the achilles tendon. This point strengthens Yin and kidney meridian. San Yin Jiao is found 4 finger widths above the inner ankle, behind the tibia. This point rejuvenates Yin in the body. Not suitable for pregnant women. Di Ji is found at the inner calf area, 4 finger widths below Yin Ling Quan, which is found in the depression below the medial condyle of the tibia. This point invigorates the spleen. NOTE: This is just a general guide. In TCM, there is rarely a one-size-fit-all solution. Even for people with the same condition, their prescriptions are likely to be different due to different root cause and body constitution. For more detailed diagnosis and treatment advice, consult a registered TCM physician from Eu Yan Sang Clinic. #euyansangtcmclinic #fightdiabetes #tcmlifestyle #tcmtips #diyacupointmassage #healthtips #yourmoderntraditionallifestyle
